Day 3905: Nepali Film Festival - Round 2!

Yes, it’s back!

We’re over the moon to announce that the Nepali Film Festival is back in the UK for its second year, and it’s bigger and bolder! With a jaw-dropping 830 submissions from around the globe, including 20 dazzling entries from Nepal, we’ll be showcasing 5 Nepali movies and 15 international treasures across various UK locations. Get ready delve into the world of Nepali Cinema and to mingle with renowned artists, filmmakers, and industry pros!

The festival kicks off on 7 July at Tramshed, 51-53 Woolwich New Rd, London SE18 6ES, with two must-see screenings. On 14 July, we’re back again at Tramshed for another round.

Save the date for our grand finale on 20 July 2024, at Greenford Hall, Ruislip Rd, Greenford UB6 9QN for the closing ceremony with appreciation certificates and tokens of love on artists and filmmakers from Nepal and the UK, plus the creators of nominated films.

The Nepali Film Festival in the UK is more than just movies; it’s a cultural exchange, it’s a trade relations booster, and a golden opportunity for the British Nepali community. It’s where aspiring and established UK-based Nepali artists can network with stars from Nepal, casting a global spotlight on Nepali talent.
